How IOSSC Soft Skills Certification Works
Your Application
If you are interested in applying for IOSSC Soft Skills Certification for the first time, these are the steps to follow:
​​​​​​​1. Pay the Fees.
2. Download the Soft Skills Certification Application Form.
3. Enter all information into the Application form and ensure all the elements requested as part of the application form are included in the document, preferably a PDF.
You are responsible for your certification application. Any documentation submitted in support of your application must be authentic and truthful. If it is discovered that any dishonest information has been provided as part of an application this will invalidate the whole application and give cause to remove any accredited status awarded.
​​​​​​​4. Send your application to certification@iossc-cert.com. Once you have submitted your application you will receive confirmation of receipt.

Evaluation Criteria
Soft Skill training and experience are the basic evaluation criteria for different levels of the certification. You will also be evaluated on the depth of your soft skills knowledge and the quality of your practice. The quality of the Soft Skill will be evaluated based on the following criteria. The maximum total quality score is 100 points.

​​​​​​​Application Evaluation
Your application will be evaluated by trained evaluators, who are themselves IOSSC
Soft Skills Certified. Every effort is taken to ensure your application is not assessed by anyone to whom you are known.
The outcome of the evaluation of your application could be one of the following certification levels:
- Soft Skill Basic / Training
- Soft Skill Executive
- Soft Skill Professional Executive
- Soft Skill Master Executive
You will receive feedback including strengths and development areas, as well as a decision on the outcome of your application.
The IOSSC will endeavor to evaluate your application as quickly as possible. If your application is complete in every respect this should take no more than one month. Should any items be missing then the assessment may take longer. All feedback will be given in writing.
Details of your application remain confidential, known only to IOSSC administration and the panel of evaluators. After your successful assessment your evaluators do not retain any part of your application. On completion of your assessment and your successful accreditation, your application will be stored securely. We advise you to keep your own copy of your application for future reference too as this will help you when applying for accreditation renewal after five years.
If processing an individual or organization involves the recording and processing of personal data (such as name, address and CV), this data will be processed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 45/20017 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data. Unless indicated otherwise, any personal data will be processed solely for evaluation purposes.
What you get​​​​​​​
When you are awarded you will receive a Certificate of accreditation and the relevant IOSSC Accredited Soft Skill logo to use on your website or printed literature.
Additionally, Your Name and Soft Skill level will be presented to our website, and a verification link will be provided to you.
The IOSSC Soft Skills Certification is a scientifically-backed process that combines: Soft Skills Training, Soft Skills Experience, a Personal Soft Skill Approach References, and reviews by trained assessors, which results the following Soft Skill Levels:
1. Soft Skill Basic/Training
2. Soft Skill Executive
3. Soft Skill Prosfessional Executive
